This page describes a proposed infrastructure project, not a completed facility or a commitment to build one. US-Obelisk-1 is a working name; no final site, schedule, budget, construction contract, or operating plan has been confirmed.
The goal shown on this page is an initial planning and feasibility target. Contributions may be used for research, engineering, site and permitting work, equipment, hosting, communications, and related project expenses. If the project does not proceed, funds may be redirected to related Nano infrastructure work or retained for documented project expenses. Contributions are not deposits and are not guaranteed to be refunded.
Concept
Subject to feasibility, permitting, funding, and site conditions, the concept may include:
- A visible structure or installation incorporating Nano branding, subject to property-owner approval and applicable laws.
- Reliable internet connectivity, potentially using fiber, fixed wireless, or satellite service where practical.
- A representative Nano node and public infrastructure services where capacity, security, and operating costs allow.
- Renewable power or efficiency measures where technically and economically reasonable. Solar generation and geothermal cooling are possibilities, not commitments.
- Public documentation, build notes, and reproducible components where licensing, safety, security, and supplier terms permit.
- Photos, videos, or live updates only when safe, lawful, and operationally practical.
The project would be evaluated in stages. A feasibility review, site selection, engineering design, permits, financing, and procurement would need to happen before construction. No target date should be inferred from this post.
Support
Support is voluntary and does not buy equity, ownership, voting rights, revenue, profit participation, repayment, or any other financial return. Supporters should contribute only what they can afford to lose.
Possible acknowledgements or service benefits may be offered later, subject to availability, operating costs, abuse controls, terms of service, and project completion. Any such benefit would be a separate service arrangement and is not guaranteed by contributing. There is no promise of lifetime access, a fixed amount of RPC capacity, or access to future infrastructure.
- Tip (5+): A thank-you acknowledgement, if the supporter opts in.
- Hobby (100+): Possible future RPC credits, subject to service availability and published terms.
- Backer (1K+): Recognition and possible project updates; no ownership or financial rights.
- Project support (15K+): Acknowledgement and consultation about project priorities, subject to availability; no investor status or profit share.
- Major support (45K+): Recognition and an opportunity to discuss sponsorship terms separately; no automatic ownership, control, repayment, or profit share.
Support levels are illustrative and may change or be discontinued. Nano transactions are generally irreversible, so verify the destination and amount before sending funds.
